"Hold" to "Timed" or "Toggle", depending on whether you want loot to show all the time by default or just when the key is pressed. It is set to "Hold" by default, meaning you must hold down the key. "Timed" displays the loot on the ground for 10 seconds. "Toggle" means loot on the ground either always shows or never shows.

Under Keybindings > Targeting, there is an option of Interact with Target. If you press that key it will interact with whoever you are targeting like questgivers, looting corpses, etc. You should be able to use that in a way that works. As far as I know, there's no way to make a macro to target dead enemies, but loot-a-rang should work for that ...

Usually for the events, you get the best version (that has the chance for the good loot) as long as you are at least the level that the latest expansion starts at. Sometimes, if the event starts very soon after the new expansion launches you still get the loot for being min level of the previous expansion.

It's not an addon, it's a keybind. There's a keybind, but you can't macro it. People are recommending /target 'NPC' but this isn't ideal on a controller. ConsolePort made it possible to target NPCs, friendly or not. I'm wondering how they accomplished this. Anyone have an idea on how to target NPCs without ConsolePort or /target 'NPC'?
