If you go on bing on a pc press the 3 dots in the top right go to more tools then press developers tools then at the top next to the word elements there should be I phone icon click it and it will think your on mobile then you can do your searches hope this helps. Started 3 or 4 days ago. First day got points on mobile but they did not show on laptop, since then no mobile points anywhere. Changes were recently made within the crediting system. No worries though, you'll start earning points after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you will earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit.
